Returns Procedure
At I’m the face we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. If you need to return an unused item you can do so within 14 days from order date to be eligible for a full refund. I’m the face do not offer an exchange service.
The goods must be returned in the same condition as received and with all packaging and labels intact. If labels are removed items cannot returned. I’m the face reserves the rights to refuse a refund if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sale Price Adjustment Policy

If you breach the TOS and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the TOS.
Governing Law
The TOS together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance the relevant United Kingdom law and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction.
